This contract is written for the sale of a rabbit from our rabbitry. Thank you for choosing our rabbits.Sales Agreement:
I hereby certify that the rabbit, ear # _________ and color ____________, was bred from the listed parentage and that all
information included on the pedigree is correct to my knowledge, and belief.The animal sold is certified to be one of the
following:
____ Show Quality- free from any and all disqualifications as according to the standards of the breed, at the time of the
sale. This does not guarantee, that the rabbit will be a show winner. The placement of the rabbit will be decided at the discretion
of the judge.
____ Brood Quality- In our decision, this rabbit will be best suited in a breeding program.
____ Pet Quality- Sold without a pedigree. This animal should make a good pet, having no genetic or physical health defects
at the time of sale. They are considered not suitable for breeding.Warranty:
Any rabbit sold from Mavens rabbitry, that expires within three days of purchase shall be replaced of fully refunded, at
my discretion. You will be asked to verify the loss. We will not reimburse any veterinary bills under any circumstance.
This warranty excludes rabbits that die from; abuse, heat stroke, improper diet, physical accidents, or injury inflicted
by other animals. This is to be determined at our own discretion. You may at your own expense have the deceased rabbit inspected
by a veterinarian of your choice, if you disagree with our decision
